Return Policy 

All returns require prior approval from a Bizwear sales representative in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Freight costs for customer-elected returns are non-refundable. All customer returns must be properly packaged in original packaging and in resalable condition. Your return must include the RMA and only the items listed on it; otherwise, it will be refused.

Seasonal products and promotional deals cannot be returned. Any product that is used, worn, damaged, dirty, not in its original packaging, or otherwise not in like-new condition will not be accepted. Upon arrival at Bizwear Apparel, items will be inspected to determine their condition and whether credit will be issued.

In the event of a return, discounts will be forfeited and may not be reused. Final sale products are non-returnable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Any product returned for credit will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a Bizwear error. All returned products must meet Bizwear’s return requirements, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If a return is deemed acceptable, customers will be issued an in-store credit for use at Bizwear Apparel. This in-store credit expires exactly one year after issuance.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping rates are determined by package weight. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please contact us promptly if you encounter any shipping errors or receive incorrect items.
